IT Cloud and System Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our growing organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of IT infrastructure specialists and ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure.
You will play a critical role in managing and improving our technology stack to support our business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT infrastructure professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, set objectives, and track progress to achieve department goals.
Infrastructure Management:
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including virtualization, servers, networks, storage, and data centers.
Oversee system and network administration, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Project Management:
Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including hardware and software upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project budgets and timelines.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide technical expertise and support for complex infrastructure issues and incidents.
Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve escalated problems.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Capacity Planning:
Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements as needed.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
