We're looking for a talented Senior Backed Developer for an AI-powered digital healthcare company located in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop innovative solutions using Scala and Python
* Designing and writing microservices from scratch.
* Tackle complex issues on real medical data.
* Brainstorm with the clinical team to improve the accuracy of the product.
* Design highly available and scalable SAAS solutions.
* Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
* Have an active role in finding and implementing new technologies.

Requirements:
* A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of development experience.
* Proficiency with modern languages such as Scala, Kotlin, Rust or Go.
* Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB.
* Experience with SaaS development using AWS & Kubernetes.
* Excellent verbal communication skills/ Good problem-solving skills / Team player /Attention to detail / Passionate.
Bonus:
* Experience with Python.
* Substantial experience with Scala and frameworks like Play & Akka.
* Experience with optimization algorithms and Machine Learning models.
* Contribution to open-source software.
* Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development.
* A good understanding of reactive patterns.
* Experience with functional programming.
