Job Description

Responsibilities

Provides financial advice to the business and is a close collaborator with the Affiliate management team helping to achieve their goals.
Commits the organizations resources to achieve the company's strategies taking calculated well-thought out risks when necessary.
Responsible for all treasury, tax, accounting and reporting related activities.
Manages the relationship with Area Finance related to budgeting and reporting.
Ensures compliance to international and local AbbVie procedures monitoring required financial controls.
Proposes, implement and monitors process improvements to create a leader administration burden to the organization within the corporate framework
Takes responsibility on company and affiliate wide projects that are of a strategic nature
Establish high goals for organization success and personal accomplishments.

Qualifications

Qualifications

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

Excellent analytical and financial skills.
Proven leadership with larger teams with the capability to lay out a clear strategy for the department as well as experience with complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills.
Exposure to different commercial organizational settings.
Manufacturing experience a plus.
Prior responsibility in monitoring and implementing financial and compliance controls.
Experience in lean quality process management.
