We are looking for a QA Team Lead.
The QA Team Lead is responsible for leading the team and ensuring the highest quality of our products. This role involves hands-on testing and overseeing all aspects of the QA process, from planning and execution to reporting and continuous improvement.
This role is full-time and is Israel based.
Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on manual and automated testing using tools like Testim.io.
Monitor product quality and test coverage, providing regular updates to engineering management on the status of features, bugs, and overall quality metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to identify and prioritize quality issues.
Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Team Lead
At least 5 years of experience in QA software testing
Proven experience in Functional, Regression, and Integration testing
Experience with automated testing solutions such as Testim.io, Cypress.io, or equivalent
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
Ability to research and resolve technical issues
Highly organized, with a proven ability to consistently deliver excellent quality on time
Self-managed, flexible, and adaptable
Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
Knowledge and previous experience with SQL databases
Practical knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities (an advantage)
