We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at growing our company and developing our services. Working directly under the Senior Director of Growth, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving forward various initiatives across different sectors. Success in these is measured not only by project completion but also by long-term scalability and, ultimately, revenue growth. We are looking for someone with strong project management experience,, great interpersonal skills, a multitasker with a go-getter attitude.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Lead project execution and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication between all relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in project management
Proven track record of managing projects in various fields, working with timelines and reaching targets
People love to work with you - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
Multitasker with a go getter attitude
Business & goal oriented - you understand the business needs and environment, focus on what matters and get the job done.
A plus:
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry .
Proficiency in project management software and tools, experience with Salesforce
