We are seeking a Software Development manager to manage one of our R&D core teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for spearheading the development of key features, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement of our existing products and features.
You'll be a collaborative leader who fosters strong relationships and drives engagement among team members.
Together, you'll define and execute the team's technology roadmap, shaping the future of our products.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to product vision and subsequent execution
Supervise the entire development life cycle, spanning from architecture, design and planning to implementation, QA, and support, to uphold a high standard of software quality.
Provide technical leadership to team member while taking a hands on part in the team tasks
Delegate tasks, assess progress, and potentially play a role in evaluating employee performance
Collaborate closely with internal R&D teams, product team, and customer success to grasp product requirements effectively, thereby facilitating successful software development

Experience in design and development of multi-core, stateful distributed systems
At least 3 years experience in C/C++ and/or Golang Must
Previous experience as an effective team leader/manager for at least 3 years Must
Knowledge and experience working and developing for Linux environment - Must
Previous experience in python - advantage
Good design, coding, integration, and debugging capabilities
Self-starter, enthusiastic proactive mindset
Ability to write quality code and conduct thorough code reviews
Experience in design and development of multi-core, stateful distributed systems
