We are looking for Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team located in Herzliya to work on corporate and commercial matters, in Israel as well as with subsidiaries abroad. Job Description:
* Provide legal advice and guidance to Management, Sales and HQ departments on a variety of legal issues including to contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, licensing agreements, and employment contracts.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company and communicate potential impact to stakeholders.
* Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and proposed transactions.
* Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed, including overseeing litigation matters and other legal proceedings.
