We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Delivery Ingest Team in Jerusalem, Israel. This is an amazing opportunity to work on our 3 important knowledge Bases Alma Community Zone, SFX KB, and 360 KB. The team consists of 4 members and reports to the Senior Director of Content Ingestion. So, if you are familiar with our products- Alma, 360, and SFX, have great technical skills, and looking for 1st managerial role- we would love to speak with you!
What will you be doing in this role?
Oversee day-to-day operations and lead an ingest Operations team.
Manage end-to-end operational projects with clear goals and timelines.
Balance between tasks, team capacity, and quality of deliverables.
Update management on task status, concerns, and options for solutions.
Work closely with good cooperation with other teams and colleges.
What will you be doing in this role?

Familiarity with Ex Libris Library Management knowledge bases.
Projects management orientation.
High sense of accountability.
Results driven.

Both holistic view and go into details when required.
Perform well under pressure.
