Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background in multidisciplinary systems along with exceptional project management skills. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in improving processes and optimizing project workflows. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements, in accordance with the company project management procedure. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones. Proactively Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented. Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the project management framework. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, mitigations, and issues. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.
