SENIOR PRODUCT CONTENT WRITER

Were growing rapidly and are seeking highly motivated, experienced Product Content Writers to advance our product documentation architecture, strategy, & design. Youll be working for an amazing offering in a growing market, working with a team of experienced product managers, engineers, and designers.
YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE-
Owning and managing all the content needs for your product pillar
Working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy
Providing feedback on UX/UI in the product areas you are responsible for
Writing Help Center articles including how-tos, tutorials, and best practices
Creating user assistance for our features, including walk-mes and sidebar content
Helping to define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide, design system, and other team assets
Monitoring and responding to internal and external feedback channels to address customer needs and define content priorities
Staying up to date with market trends and finding new ways to showcase content that fits our global audience.
