Compliance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CompOps (Compliance Operations) specialist to join our team. As a CompOps specialist, you will play an important role in overseeing various aspects of CompOpss product needs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product requirements, overseeing bug tracking and resolution, coordinating production tests, and ensuring the quality assurance (QA) testing processes are executed efficiently.

An additional set of responsibilities for the CompOps specialist has to do with data extraction and analysis using our BI tools.

CompOps is a part of the Operations division and is responsible for enforcing Rpayds Compliance and risk policies.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Product Requirements:

Serve as a focal point for product related needs including design meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features, functionalities, and user needs.
Work closely with product managers and development teams to ensure alignment with overall product goals.
Bug and Issue Management:

Lead the identification, tracking, and resolution of bugs
Collaborate with development and Product teams to prioritize bug fixes and ensure timely resolution.
Implement effective communication channels to report and address bugs efficiently.
Production and QA Test Coordination:

Oversee the planning and execution of production tests to ensure product readiness.
Coordinate with QA teams to define test plans, test cases, and execute comprehensive QA testing.
Monitor and analyze test results, providing feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
Data Extraction and Analysis :

Achieve a high level of familiarity with the different parameters which will allow you to pull accurate reports
Data handling orientation and understanding in analysis tools such as basic Excel functions.
