What's the job:
As a Group leader in the R&D you will have the unique opportunity of responsibility to a major core part of our product.
In this position, you will:
Lead 3-4 engineering teams through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
Mentor and advise your team leaders in managing their teams, integrating good development practices and processes around code review, programming methodologies and more
Recruit and mentor new team members.
Working in an Agile environment.

2 years of managerial experience leading at least 2 team leaders.
Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
Experience in JAVA, C# or any other backend programming language
Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
High logical & Analytical abilities. excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
