Were looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing product & design team in Tel Aviv.
As a Product Designer at Hyro, youll help transform complex problems and concepts into an engaging, valuable experience, designing the next generation of conversational AI.
You will help translate business and product requirements into beautiful, intuitive screens and flows. You will conduct research and user testing, bringing good design practices, fresh thinking, and strong insights.

Design and own the UX and UI of our client-facing products
Prototype and test ideas and iterate fast based on users and stakeholders feedback, and based on real-time analytics
Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn intangible visions into tangible product
Define reusable design components and a strong design system

Bachelor's degree from a leading design institute
3+ years of experience as a product designer in a fast-paced startup, preferably working on complex systems design
Skilled in working on a design system using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
Excellent collaborator with different stakeholders in product, R&D and design
Experience in facilitating user interviews and user testing sessions is an advantage
Self-motivated, agile, proactive, and fun to work with
Bachelor's degree from a leading design institute
