Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support our rapidly growing SaaS company.

who has excellent business acumen and experience running commercial agreements from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will work as a part of our legal team on an array of transactions and contracts negotiations.

What will you actually be doing?
Work directly with our Sales Organization to negotiate and close commercial agreements with international customers.
Assist and support a wide variety of legal matters such as: procurement, marketing, R&D, services, privacy etc.
Draft and negotiate contracts (MSAs, procurement, lease, partnership, consultancy agreements, DPA etc.)
Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the companys day-to-day operations.
Engage with external law firms when and where required.
