Commercial and Compliance Counsel

We are seeking an attorney to join our legal department.
We are looking a seasoned attorney to handle the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements with vendors, service providers and other third parties and to establish and monitor compliance processes, while dealing with international advertising law, data privacy, and intellectual property issues that arise (trademark or copyright).
A strong candidate for this position will be a great communicator, able to manage projects independently, attentive to detail, self-motivated, efficient, and a great team player.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
Work closely with various teams to negotiate and close various commercial agreements with suppliers, service providers and other third parties.
Keep up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory developments as they occur and understand their applicability to the companys activities.
Monitor and review company policies on a regular basis to ensure that they are in compliance and accurately reflect compliance requirements, industry best practices and company objectives.
Provide advice and support on a wide variety of general legal matters.
