our Engineering Department is seeking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our Hardware NPI Team.
In this role you will be focusing on the manufacturability and sustainability of multidisciplinary products that includes power, electro-optics and motion control modules.
Youll be joining the Engineering HW matrix team:
The Matrix team is responsible for all Electronics modules of our tools
Team members are involved in development phases through NPI stages, Production floor support and Supplier activities, Quality, Jigs and EOL alternative qualifications.
All team members operate in a multi-tasking environment, leading in parallel various engineering activities.
Responsibilities
Conduct Lab tests and diagnostics for root cause analysis, electrical module qualifications, and on-going support to Production.
Manufacturing Engineering for existing products including ECO, EOL, Cost reduction, Documentation updates, Work Procedure, Design testing Jigs, Failure Analysis, etc.
Tech management of our electronics and electric suppliers
Engineering support to R&D (Design reviewer), Production (Jigs Maintenance), Service, Materials & Logistics (EOL alternatives), Purchasing

Requirements:
Electronics Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in similar role
Hands-on lab experience and test setups
Experience in Working with electronics suppliers and sourcing electronics components
Experience with electronics system diagnostics and troubleshooting
Hebrew and English proficiency
Advantage:
Understanding NPI processes
PCB development, OrCAD Capture, Layout, Allegro, motion control systems, macro programming, servo diagnostic tools, PC hardware computing, regulatory/safety standards (CE, SEMI, UL)
LabVIEW programming
