Marketing Designer We are looking for a Marketing designer to Join our Product team at Appdome. Your Role: Craft Stunning Visuals : Engage in digital and print design projects, from our website and social media to brochures and trade show materials. Design Conceptualization : Explore, map, and develop innovative solutions to support scalability and growth. Shape Our Brand: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and evolve our brand identity, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product design, and developers, to visually communicate the features and benefits of our products. Iterate and Adapt: Participate in an iterative design process, creating, editing, expanding, and adapting design templates and creatives for ongoing campaigns and assets. Drive Brand Consistency: Develop and refine our brand guidelines and design system to maintain visual consistency across all channels. Design and visuals take center stage at Appdome, where we prioritize delivering a seamless and distinctive experience across all platforms and mediums. What You’ll Need:
* 2-3 Years of experience: Proven track record in digital, interactive, and print design within brand and marketing.
* Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional skills in UI design, typography, layout, and creating a compelling visual narrative.
* Ability to work across the entire design flow: sketching concepts, design, prototyping, and implementation
* Capability to build entire webpages and web interfaces in web design tools (e.g., Elementor)
* Conceptual thinking both in visual and interactive design
* Self-starter with a can-do approach, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical enough to interact with product management and translate product functionality into visual marketing materials.
* A Strong Communicator: Excellent at conveying ideas and collaborating with teams.
* A Quick Learner: Curious and self-motivated to explore new skills and knowledge.
* A robust portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals — typography, layout and composition, and color theory — MUST An advantage:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts - a plus.
* Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., Jira, confluence)
* Motion design and video production know-how (i.e., using Adobe Premier & After Effects)
* Marketing email design and web creation tools (e.g., Hubspot)
* Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English
