Analytics Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of the most strategic initiatives within the Seller Management team and own the teams business operations.
As an Analytics Project Manager, you will ensure that we have the right quantity and quality of sellers - across a broad range of skills, experience levels, and price points - to meet our buyers diverse needs.
The ideal candidate has a professional background as a Data Analyst - with proven experience in complex data analysis - who is looking to transfer their analytical skills to a strategic business role.
What am I going to do?
To succeed, you will need to lead and deliver three main initiatives:
In the short term, you will develop and lead the creation of supply management capabilities, to enable the identification of supply gaps. You will extract data to determine supply levels on each shelf, map all the parameters that affect supply levels, determine optimal supply thresholds and buckets, and define supply gaps relative to the required demand, across categories, prices, languages, and professional levels.
In the medium term, you will scale tools to mitigate those supply gaps. You will work with cross-functional teams - such as Product, Data, Professional Evaluators and Verticals - to analyze the current supply state; formalize business cases; and identify, design and build the necessary features and tools.
In the long term, once youve successfully created and implemented the supply management capabilities and tools, you will own our supply management operations, and be responsible for its business metrics, such as the quantity and quality of sellers, and level of e-commerce experiences.
Ultimately, you will lead end-to-end project ideation, planning, and execution, guided by heavy data-driven decision-making, and upon successful implementation, serve as the Supply business owner. Accordingly, this role demands proven experience in complex data analysis, structured problem-solving skills and project management.
