Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketplace team, who will be responsible for shaping and executing our content strategy while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can be involved in developing a comprehensive, deep, beneficial and useful content, aligned with our organizational goals and brand identity, with a focus on enhancing user experiences, boosting engagement, and driving business results.
As the Content Marketing Manager, you'll initiate, lead and manage the planning, creation, distribution, and performance analysis of content assets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
What am I going to do?
Lead the development and execution of a holistic content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, brand identity, and target audience, mainly for existing users.
Manage content planning and editorial calendar development to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of content assets, while collaborating internally and externally.
Initiate, lead and manage the planning, creation, distribution, and perform analysis of content campaigns.
Be the POC for all content related matters, bring innovative ideas, product innovations and beneficial resources to our users.
Conduct research and analysis to understand trends, preferences, behaviors, and pain points, and use insights to build content strategy and decision-making.
Oversee content creation processes, including writing, editing, design, and reviewing content to maintain quality standards and brand voice.
Identify and leverage relevant content distribution channels, both existing and new, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing etc.,
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Build digital assets like emails and Landing pages.
