we are looking for a Commercial & Compliance Legal Counsel
About the Role:
As a commercial & compliance legal counsel, you will work closely with the companys general counsel on a variety of topics, be exposed to the day-to-day of a startup, and gain experience with a legal background. Examples are as follows:
Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing with commercial agreements
Maintaining and organizing the Companys legal records
Providing assistance with legal research in relation to products and services we promote, as well as with compliance aspects such as privacy laws and FTC guidelines
Drafting internal business teams on issues related to customer experience, products, and services
Participating in meetings about vendors (risk assessment and onboarding), security incident, and growth
Identifying business opportunities for internal process improvements and implementation processes, procedures, and policies
Collaborating with outside counsels across the various geographies in which the company operates
About the Role:

Requirements:
LLB degree in law (LLM advantage)
At least 1 year of experience (not including the internship) with commercial law at a top-tier law firm (commercial department advantage; US law firm advantage) or as an in-house counsel in the high-tech arena
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical skills, research skills, and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Native advantage)
LLB degree in law (LLM advantage)
