We're seeking a dynamic AI Guild Manager to spearhead our AI-first transformation.
This leader will build, manage, and inspire a cross-functional AI Guild focused on educating, ideating, and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions across our company. You'll work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to embed AI concepts into our processes, product development, and decision-making. What am I going to do?
Build and Lead the AI Guild: Recruit, retain, and provide guidance to a high-performing team of AI practitioners across various areas of expertise.
AI Strategic Vision: Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish and execute a company-wide AI strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Educate and Innovate: Design and run AI training programs for employees, and facilitate knowledge-sharing on best practices and potential applications of AI. Create a culture of continuous AI learning and exploration.
Ideation and Solutioning: Actively collaborate with various teams to understand problems and opportunities; ideate and prototype AI solutions.
Technical Acumen: Provide hands-on expertise in the design, development, and deployment of AI models, particularly using cutting-edge techniques in GenAI, ML, and NLP.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a strong advantage).
3+ years of proven experience leading AI initiatives and teams.
Exceptional depth of knowledge in AI, GenAI, ML, and NLP concepts, methods, and tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and identifying disruptive AI-related opportunities.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Startup or small company experience in founding or driving high-growth initiatives.
Working knowledge of cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a strong advantage).
