We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer focused on DevEx, you will play a crucial role in transforming and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, revolutionizing our development environments, and adopting cloud and Kubernetes-native solutions.

AWS, Kubernetes, Terragrunt, Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Service Mesh, Kong & Nginx, CloudFlare, Hashicorp Vault/Consul, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics

What am I going to do?
Evolving and maintaining our CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment.
Being at the forefront of our development environment revolution, adopting cloud and Kubernetes-native environments.
Collaborating closely with developers to optimize service performance, reliability, and scalability.
Developing in-house BotOps and ChatOps solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Creating self-service tools for various R&D groups, empowering them to achieve more autonomously.
Improving observability and monitoring across key performance indicators and metrics to ensure optimal performance.
Maintaining system availability by participating in DevOps on-call shifts, ensuring high reliability and responsiveness.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as DevOps, working in a Linux environment and writing scripts in Python/Go/Ruby
Extensive experience in cloud technologies, with a significant advantage for AWS expertise.
Proficient in Python
Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), with a strong understanding of its architecture and ecosystem.
Solid experience in CI/CD methodologies and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD, ArgoRollouts, and understanding GitOps best practices), with a deep understanding of complex Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes across different frameworks.
Familiarity with GitOps principles and practices.
Strong background in observability and monitoring solutions.
A passionate troubleshooter with a keen eye for identifying and resolving system issues.
Experience with development tools and developer portals - Advantage
Knowledge of MLOps workflows - Advantage
Understanding of network fundamentals and service meshes - Advantage
Experience working in an enterprise environment, particularly with large-scale systems - Advantage
Experience in developing chatbots and automation tools - Advantage.
