Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 2-8 developers.
*  C ++ coding over Linux in a multi-threaded, clustered and performance-oriented server-side environment.
* Technical-related aspects of Infinidats core component.
* Filesystem IO flow performance improvements.
* High level & detailed design of new features.
* Legacy code maintenance and refactoring.
