Responsibilities:
Write landing page content, ad copies, articles, overlays, eye-catching headlines, interactive quizzes, and new features on different sites
Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy, driving true business impact
Optimize copy, articles and quizzes to maximize performance and effectiveness
Track and follow user behavior and content metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Ideate, launch, track, and iterate content A/B tests to boost site performance
Collaborate closely with campaign managers, product managers, and designers to create engaging user experiences
Define a clear content strategy to exceed the units targets.

Experience creating engaging content in various formats - written, visual, video, etc.
2+ years of experience working in content marketing/writing and/or editing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to seamlessly work in a team with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with online content KPIs
Experience working with a CMS - advantage
Experience working with GenAI - advantage
Experience managing content A/B tests - advantage
Experience optimizing online content based on data - advantage.
