Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to spearhead the introduction of an innovative product to the market within our dynamic product suite. As a pivotal member of our product team, you will steer the product through its entire lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, reporting directly to our Director of Product.

This role is tailor-made for someone with a deep passion for Product Management, boasting a strong technical foundation. You'll play a critical role in collaborating with our engineering teams, applying your technical expertise to craft and implement a strategic product roadmap that aligns seamlessly with our overarching business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:
Market Leadership: Guide our new product from the ground up, employing extensive market research and competitive analysis to define, differentiate, and position our product effectively in the marketplace.
Strategic Development: Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, market validation, development, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and validate product features, ensuring our product meets market demands and exceeds expectations.
Product Discovery: Excel in product discovery processes, identifying user needs and translating them into compelling product features.
Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to refine product strategy and achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, sales, and marketing, to foster product adoption and success.
Voice of the User: Serve as the advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the forefront of our product development efforts.
