We are looking for a talented Platform Engineer to join the team.
You will be responsible for designing and developing our on-prem linux-based OS.
The role includes managing and allocating machines resources and orchestration of all the applications of our flagship products.
In addition, you will take care of the CD of our artifacts in the field, and will have the opportunity to make huge impact on every customer.
Responsibilities:
Developing a platform for industry-leading products
Package our on-premise OS (linux based)
Orchestrate machine resources (CPU, memory, storage, traffic) for performance optimization
Manage installation and update processes, including CD (Continuous Delivery).

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or related role
Significant experience in python (2+ years)
Experience working with containers (Docker)
Knowledge of network concepts and protocols
Strong troubleshooting skills on various domains (system, network, application)
Excellent communication skills, team player, with independent problem solving capabilities
Advantage:
Advanced Linux knowledge, such as initialization, Systemd and LVM
Experience in software packaging (DEB, RPM)
Experience working with container-orchestration tools (such as k8s)
