Required Senior Sales Specialist - Distributor Surgical.
Advise sales management on distributed sales customer information, market trends, and company's historical sales data for development of strategies to achieve business development goals.
Ensure validity of all distributed sales transactions and pricing.
Be the primary contact with Israeli cardiac surgeons and hospital staff to ensure sales and promotion of the Surgical portfolio in collaboration with local distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in analyzing customer pricing data, and developing and updating customer pricing data reports for provision to Distributors, in keeping with Distributor agreement.
- Analyze Distributor chargeback/rebate claims; negotiate and provide solutions to resolve discrepancies with Distributors.
- Lead in analyzing Distribution sales trends, develop findings, and propose solutions for sales management.
- Resolve complex Distributor issues and propose solutions to achieve desired sales results.
- Assess and prioritize Distributor AR account issues in collaboration with Finance to allocate resources to address discrepancies.
- Confirm accuracy of sales tracings and Distributor sales shipments.
- Works independently on complex projects and/or lines of work.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field of study, previous commercial background, business analysis experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing Required.
Additional Skills:
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel; Qlik experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
- Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
- Experience with distribution contracts preferred.
