we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team. This position entails developing and designing comprehensive tests, implementing these tests, identifying bugs, and outlining necessary corrective actions.
Additionally, the role involves reviewing system requirements and monitoring key quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute testing plans leveraging comprehensive knowledge of complex system business logic
Conduct research and comparisons of LLM models
Conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing of services and LLM models with a holistic understanding of the entire system
Analyze and debug logs and traces
Investigate issues in production environments
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products
Identify and track defects from discovery to resolution.

At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineer role
Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies, including test planning, design, strategy, and execution
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Playground
Ability to read logs and identify critical information
Experience in testing LLM models is highly advantageous
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and capable of dealing with ambiguity to resolve problems
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and TFS
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Advantages:
a background in fintech is considered a significant advantage.
