We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team.
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our product ecosystem, with a focus on our mobile app. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sport and fitness technology in a dynamic start-up environment.
What will you do?
Product Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and QA, to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements.
Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process.
Ensure timely and successful product releases.
User-Centric Approach:
Understand user needs and pain points through user research, surveys, and feedback analysis.
Advocate for the user's perspective and ensure that product decisions are driven by user insights.
Product Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure product success.
Monitor product analytics and iterate on features to improve user engagement and retention.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Provide clear direction, set objectives, and manage team priorities.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional materials.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate with customers and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
Compliance and Quality:
Ensure that the product complies with industry standards and regulations related to fitness and health technologies.
Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

4+ years' experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a successful B2C startup or a top technology company.
Strong business-orientation and the ability to identify opportunities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products & services.
Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage priorities.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with user research and product design principles.
Strong understanding of the sport and fitness industry, with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills.
