Job Description:
Responsible for providing end user IT assistance / day-to-day helpdesk operation either on desk or through remote & telephonic support
Installation & Troubleshooting Dell & HP Laptop & Desktop.
Installing, Updating and Troubleshooting OS
Configure MS Outlook 2013 in an Exchange environment, mail Backup and Restore.
Troubleshooting Windows Application Microsoft Office, MacAfee/Symantec Antivirus Updates. Installation of JAVA and troubleshooting.
Managing Local Area Network. Installing and troubleshooting data cards (Reliance, Airtel etc.)
Knowledge of networking connectivity including Cisco VPN and Wi-Fi. Configuring iPhone and Connect mail through Exchange on mobile handset
Vendor coordination for spares followup/Telecom products/Technical solutions.
Service Call Request/Incident logging in IT Service Management Suite
Issuing IT assets to users & managing IT assets.
