* Developing cost-effective procurement strategies.
* Sourcing, benchmarking and engaging reliable vendors.
* Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
* Work with the legal team to review and maintain contract database with vendors.
* Perform risk assessments and ensure on-going feasibility of existing contracts.
* Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes and systems.
* Approving purchase orders, organizing and confirming receipt of goods and services
* Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
* Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
* Overseeing and managing the IT system that tracks inventory.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or economics.
* 3+ years of experience managing supply chain operations in the Tech industry (Software company an advantage).
* Talent in negotiations and networking with proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and prioritize.
* English: full proficiency.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience working with NetSuite is an advantage.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
