As a Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our application platform. You will be instrumental in guiding the development team, designing and implementing core elements of our application, and ensuring the successful delivery of features and services. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, work on complex systems, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the growth and development of our product.
You will:
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of major features and services for our application platform.
Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and Data teams to align on project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose technical solutions.
Lead by example by actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
Propose and implement improvements to the overall system architecture and development workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
You will:

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in backend or full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend development using Python.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or similar dynamic setting.
Passion for learning, staying updated on the latest technologies, and sharing knowledge with others.
