Principal Product Manager

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to be a core member of the Product Management team, helping envision, design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art products to the market.

What you'll do:

Work hands-on with engineering, UX designers, and DevOps to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business priorities and customer requirements.
Define a comprehensive pricing model for different Cloud tiers of the platform, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.
Analyze usage metrics to perform sizing and capacity calculations, aiding prospects and customers in effective capacity planning.
Create license dashboards, set alerts for usage limits, enforce throttling for capacity management, and identify upsell opportunities based on usage.
Lead the seamless transition of customers to the multi-tenant environment, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction.
Drive the simplification of the deployment process, aiming to create an intuitive and streamlined experience for customers.
Analyze key metrics, track data, and translate insights into impactful product initiatives with tools like Amplitude for data-driven decisions.
Engage with customers, sales teams, services, and support to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
