Lead and manage the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and other departments to integrate DevOps practices into the entire software development lifecycle.
Oversee system monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure optimal system reliability and performance.
Drive initiatives to enhance DevOps capabilities through tooling, automation, and best practices.
Act as the key point of contact for DevOps-related issues, both internally and externally, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby, and expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools like JenkinsX, Azure DevOps, Argo, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Deep understanding of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including best practices in security and compliance.
Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
