Business Intelligence Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join our growing organization.
The BI Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing BI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of BI analysts and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for BI projects.
Design and architect scalable and efficient BI solutions that meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, data marts, and other data repositories.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, etc.
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure fast query response times and efficient data processing.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and end-users.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics.
Manage BI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones and budgets.
