As the Game Economy Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing the in-game economy, as well as managing and tracking our user's experiences through the use of behavioral insights, mathematical models, simulations, data analysis,
To put it simply: You'll be responsible for making the game more fun and increasing community engagement.
The ideal person for this position is curious by nature, loves problem-solving, is a team player with great communication skills, and is a self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing economic game features in order to maximize and heighten user experience and optimize KPIs directly linked to the game.
Model and balance complex systems in the game to maintain a healthy and growing in-game economy.
Work with the product and monetization teams to build and implement content in the game as well as live-ops activities.
Perform data analysis and AB testing in order to always improve the game performance.
Pricing of the game store, offers, and other products.
Tracking and managing in-game economy parameters on a daily basis.

1+ years of experience in game economy - MUST.
Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends.
Bachelors Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Engineering or another quantitative field MUST.
Excellent Excel skills MUST.
SQL knowledge MUST.
Knowledge and experience with online/multiplayer/social/free-to-play games BIG advantage.
Enjoy working with numbers, formulas, data analysis.
1+ years of experience in game economy - MUST.
