We are looking for a highly proficient, self motivated Software Engineer with expertise in C++ or C# and a proven ability to design and implement software features from concept to deployment. If you possess a deep understanding of software architecture and system operations, enabling you to oversee projects with a comprehensive view, you belong with us!
This role demands a balance of technical depth, creativity, and a forward-thinking approach to solving complex software challenges.

As part of your role you will:
Design and Develop:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and systems using your expertise in C++ or C#.
End-to-End Ownership:Take ownership of feature development from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
System Analysis:Conduct thorough system analysis, considering factors such as performance, security, and integration, to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Testing and Validation:Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to guarantee the quality and reliability of software products.
Mentorship:Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership in critical problem-solving scenarios and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements:
xperience:Minimum of 4 years' experience in programming with C++ or C#, showcasing a strong understanding of system engineering principles. This includes designing and implementing software features with careful consideration of system architecture, performance optimization, and integration requirements.
Versatility:Familiarity with Python or Go is advantageous and reflects your adaptability in embracing new technologies.
Collaborative Spirit:A team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues across disciplines.
Agile Mindset:Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial, showcasing your ability to thrive in dynamic and iterative development environments.
Technical Leadership:Proven capability in providing technical leadership, guiding teams through complex projects, and driving architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Mentorship:Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior developers, fostering their professional growth, and cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
