We are looking for a IT Support Specialist.
In this role you will:
Be a part of our HelpDesk team providing IT Support solutions including PC troubleshooting and repair, managing networking devices, email solutions, security solutions, Windows and Linux servers and other On-Prem systems in the company along with Azure Cloud environments.

Be a part of our HelpDesk team providing IT Support solutions including PC troubleshooting and repair, managing networking devices, email solutions, security solutions, Windows and Linux servers and other On-Prem systems in the company along with Azure Cloud environments.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a similar position.
Experience with remote support for workstations, servers, and Office software.
Experience with desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Experience with VOIP communication systems.
Managing Active Directory, Office 365, NTFS & SHARE permissions.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team adapting new technologies rapidly.
Fluent in English and Hebrew communication, written and verbal.
Will be nice that you have:
Experience with managing production environment.
Experience setting up and maintaining physical and virtual server, FortiGate FW and EDR systems.
Knowledge in networking, switches and routing.
Relevant courses and certifications.
