We are seeking an excellent experienced Mobile team leader to join our growing R&D engineering group to recruit, manage and lead a new team accountable for our premier, user-facing products (B2C).
In this role, you will take an integral part in designing, building, and maintaining an online mobile front-end app that allows our end users to manage their trading portfolios.
The work includes integrating existing and new back-end micro-services and facilitating a team to achieve these. You will be using innovative technologies, with an emphasis on high performance, scalability, and availability.

In this role you will:
Manage & lead the team of app developers
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
Integrate third-party APIs
Release applications to IOS and Google Play stores
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications
Collaborating with Design, PM and other SDK leads to improve the consistency between our implementations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
At least 4 years of experience managing mobile dev teams.
extensive experience in design and development mobile applications.
At least 2 years of professional experience with at least two of the follower (React Native, Kotlin, Flutter ,etc).
Previous experience working in high scale production environments, handling performance and scalability challenges.
In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and user experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
Will be nice that you have:
Ability in leading Full Stack engineers on web apps
Experience working in a Linux environment and with containers (Docker).
Knowledge of building advanced micro-frontend architecture.
Knowledge of robust trading platforms.
