We are looking for a Backend Engineer.
You will be developing our core product in our growing engineering team,
where each individual has the opportunity to significantly impact not only our product but also the entire market.
You will deal with a multitude of technological challenges in areas such as performance, design, clean-code, and more. Our team regularly refines our methods of work, tools, and technologies. We value independence, natural curiosity, ownership, and the desire for constant improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Plan, develop and own core features that handle high loads and serve multiple applications.
Produce high-quality code -> readable, testable and maintainable.
Provide technical leadership.
Mostly work on back-end systems but also be able to drive full-stack features.

4+ years of experience in bak end, preferably: .NET, Java, Node.js or Python.
Experience with Micro services, distributed systems and event-based patterns - Must.
Experience with improving performance / reliability of high scale features.
Strong knowledge of OOP design and implementation.
Great communication skills, both with Engineers and with non-tech stakeholders.
BSc in computer sciences or equivalent.
Experience with Agile methodology an advantage.
Experience from a startup company an advantage.
