Backend Team Leader

we are looking for a Backend Team Leader.
As a team lead, you will be accountable for your teams output, upholding a high technical bar while overcoming a multitude of technological challenges. As part of your role you will manage a team of 5 software engineers and 1 QA Automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead a team of engineers in building a core product, taking ownership from planning to production.
Ensure high technical standards and overcome various technological challenges.
Be accountable for the team's output, empowering and coaching team members, setting goals, and ensuring engagement.
Regularly refine teamwork methods, tools, and technologies.

Manage a team of 5 software engineers and 1 QA Automation engineer.
