We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Tech Lead with in-depth expertise in Kubernetes, containers, AWS, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt), Windows and Linux systems, and proficiency in Bash and Python scripting. The ideal candidate will lead our DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of systems
Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS using best practices
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps processes

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
Proficiency designing Microservice and monolithic applications on AWS services
Proficiency infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Terragrunt)
Strong experience with Windows and Linux systems administration
Proficient in SRE\Monitoring methodologies (Prometheus Stack)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in AWS, Kubernetes, or related technologies
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Dynatrace
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud (AWS, in particular) and containerized environments
Experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable systems
Strong understanding of networking and web technologies like Nginx
