We are looking for a Front End Tech lead/Front End Engineer to join our team in building a web design system.
Responsibilites:
* Lead the development and implementation of a robust, scalable web design system that serves as the foundation for building diverse web applications.
* Collaborate with the product and design teams to define feature specifications.
* Develop intuitive, responsive, performance-driven user interfaces with modern front-end technologies.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and introduce them where beneficial.
* Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best coding practices.
* Participate in project planning, providing technical insights and estimates to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of the project.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Proficiency in Angular and React frameworks.
* Familiarity with modern front-end development methodologies.
* Strong understanding and practical experience with design systems and frontend architecture patterns.
* Experience building UI from scratch.
* Experience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as accessibility standards.
* Experience with RTL support.
* Hands-on experience with:
* Front End development using React, Angular, Vanilla JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Frontend testing: Unit tests, Integration tests, End-to-end tests, Accessibility testing.
* Source control management GIT.
* Ability to speak English and Russian - a significant advantage
