Senior Manager, Product Management

We are looking for an experienced product team leader to join the product supply team and lead our industry leading mediation platform.
This manager will play a pivotal role in our high growth, industry leading supply side products, responsible for guiding the product development process, collaborating with stakeholders, external and internal clients and mentoring team members to ensure successful product launches.
What you'll be doing:
Manage platform: Manage our industry leading supply platform, impacting directly on the company's business
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a highly skilled cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business goals, and communicates this vision effectively to the team
Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution. Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, external & internal customers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency.
