SRE Manager

We are looking for a SRE Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead a global team of engineers in building a core product, taking ownership from planning to production.
Ensure high technical standards and overcome various technological challenges.
Be accountable for the team's output, empowering and coaching team members, setting goals, and ensuring engagement.
Regularly refine teamwork methods, tools, and technologies.
Embrace values of independence, natural curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Manage a team of 5 full stack engineers and 1 tech lead.
The Impact You Will Make:
You will co-own critical production service designs to ensure a high bar of reliability is achievable and measurable.
Youll drive reliability and observability improvements in the services within the engineering verticals.
Using monitoring and telemetry data, youll help our teams make informed decisions on where reliability challenges may exist and help design and build solutions to improve them.
Youll build and improve internal tools and automation software to make maintaining production services easier and safer.
Youll champion and lead reliability-focused practices such as Failure Analysis, Load and Capacity Planning, Service Reviews, Architecture Designs, Incident Postmortems, and others.
You will build a new SRE dashboard with KPI to measure our application reliability.
Defining (from design to implementation details) necessary auto-healing systems.
Point of contact for production application issues, working closely with engineering leadership.
