We are looking for a AI Adoption Director.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
AI Adoption Strategy: Formulate and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying integration opportunities.
Change Management: Drive AI adoption across all functions, providing guidance, training and support for employees to leverage AI in their work.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture AI needs, and ensure buy-in for resulting initiatives.
Proof of Concept Development: Lead POC projects to validate AI ideas, informing decision-making and prioritization.
Stay on top of industry trends: Stay updated on AI trends and best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to measure AI effectiveness, optimizing outcomes through regular evaluations.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage AI technology vendor relationships, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or a related field
Passionate about artificial intelligence with a deep understanding of its potential applications across diverse industries
3+ years of experience in applying Machine Learning/AI technologies
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking mindset
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or a related field
Passionate about artificial intelligence with a deep understanding of its potential applications across diverse industries
