A Tel Aviv based mobile games startup with millions of players worldwide, is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Platform Product team. The Platform team is responsible for the game administration and operations systems which are the heart of our optimization system responsible for delivering the best game experience to our players worldwide. Used by Monetization managers, Game operations, Marketing, CRM, R&D, and many more departments, these complex systems pose challenges of creating streamlined game optimization systems across multiple games.

Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product visuals and user experience
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define improved work processes
Continuously evaluate and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the design process and improve the overall player experience
Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest industry trend.

At least 4 years of Product Design experience in SaaS-B2B products, designing complex systems and data dashboards
Passion for delighting users; a strong eye for design and customer experience (UX & UI)
Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma
Experience with building and defining design system
Deep knowledge of translating concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
