Were looking for a talented product director to lead the development of one of our key business products. This is a highly influential role that significantly impacts the success and roadmap of the product.
As the Director of Product Management for the Business Solution Unit, your primary mission is to lead the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio, specifically focused on developing tools tailored for business solutions within the app.
This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of business solutions, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team to empower us for business solutions through innovative digital tools.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in people management and a total of 8+ years of product management, consulting, co-founder, or technical experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within product management, preferably with a focus on developing tools for small businesses
Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and the unique challenges and opportunities for small businesses within the app
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the context of messaging applications
Experience in data analysis and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring product performance and user engagement
Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A masters degree or Ph.D. in a technology or business-related field is a plus
Experience in SMB, B2B, and API messaging solutions domains is a plus
