we are looking for a seasoned VP Product that will head the Product team, shape the companys strategy, and own the roadmap and the delivery.
As a VP Product, you will:
Be involved in the AdTech industry and be on top of the trends of an ever evolving sector
Define and shape the Product strategy and offering, and its evolution as part of a Business and Product vision
Own and shape the roadmap of the company, in a fast growing pace
Execute on the roadmap and own the delivery of the items to the Business team
Lead and be part of continuous Product Marketing and Discovery, in a heavy A/B testing methodology
Lead a strong team that will be at the center of decisions and delivery between the Business, Engineering and Data teams
Report to our SVP Product & Engineering
As a VP Product, you will:

Requirements:
At least 3 years as a VP Product in an AdTech or a Publisher monetization company
10+ years in proven Product Management
A strong understanding of Product marketing and Product discovery, with a strong outbound inclination
A strong ability to lead inbound processes and own the roadmap in its execution and not only its shaping
Strong communication and parentship building skills .
