Play a key role in product development and lifecycle management, ensuring successful product launch, improvement, and cost reduction. Leverage strong mechanical design skills to develop plastic injection parts and optimize existing products. Job Description:
* Product Engineering: Manage product releases, improvements, and cost reduction processes.
* Mechanical Design: Develop and improve parts for existing products.
* Quality Control: Measure parts, prepare dimensional reports, and conduct functional tests with detailed reports.
* 3D Modeling: Utilize SolidWorks to make changes to models and build measuring jigs and fixtures.
* Production Support: Coordinate and supervise production and assembly lines, including pre-production materials and forms.
* Documentation: Prepare documents for CR promotion (drawings, item files) and write test reports.
* Project Management: Lead cross-organizational ECO processes and manage subcontractors.
* Global Operations: Ensure product approval in Israel and China, with potential business travel abroad

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited academic institution.
* Experience in mechanical design within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Proven experience designing plastic injection parts.
* Very high proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.
* Familiarity with EPDM, PLM, and Priority (advantage).
* Experience writing test reports and supervising V&V tests in the field.
* Knowledge of designing sealed assemblies and selecting materials with a focus on polymers (advantage).
* Understanding of molds, plastic injection processes, and strength analysis (preferred).
* Experience working with subcontractors and companies in China (advantage).
* Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
